29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Front side of the establishment: On or about August 14, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the ground below, while painting on the roof. b) East side of the establishment: On or about August 14, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the ground below, while painting on the roof.
