29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:  a) Mountain Construction LLC at 2656 Sykes Drive in Fort Collins, CO 80524: On or before August 15, 2019, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while constructing a residential property. Four employees were performing framing work on the top of a two story newly constructed house without the use of fall protection or a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of greater than 10 feet.   Mountain Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection 1375106, Citation 1 Item 1 issued on February 14, 2019, and became Final Order on March 1, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2956 Sykes Drive in Fort Collins, CO .
