29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: a) On or about August 13, 2019, employees sprayed adhesives, such as but not limited to, SikaSense while manufacturing automobile parts. The employer failed to ensure employees received training on the location of the safety data sheets for chemicals in use. b) On or about August 13, 2019, employees responsible for glue change out and replenishing alcohol rinse in support of employees spraying automobile parts with SikaSense adhesive, had not received training on the location of the safety data sheets for the chemicals in use.
