29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a working/walking surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet ( 1.8m ) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 409 Aviation Rd. Queensbury, NY- On or about August 14, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while conducting mason work from a roof (12 feet from the ground) on the side of a commercial building without any method of fall protection.
