On or about 08/14/2019, building E - an employee conducting steel erection work from an aerial lift was not trained in the recognition and avoidance of hazards associated with aerial lift usage. An employee was operating a JLG aerial lift without buckling the leg straps of the harness while conducting steel erection work.
