29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about August 16, 2019, at 2125 Veterans Blvd., Kenner, LA, the employer failed to ensure an employee wore fall protection while reconnecting a light to the exterior of a building from a Genie Z45/25J aerial lift. The employee was approximately 10 feet above the ground.
