29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Job site, 3020 Fairport Lane, Cranberry, PA: On or about August 12, 2019, during waterproofing inspection activities while construction work was underway, the employer did not ensure that an employee used appropriate fall protection systems/devices where exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 25 feet.
