29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment: Hangar 3, Building 20000: Employees provide maintenance and support operations for military aircrafts inside the hangar. Prior to employees accessing the building damaged after the July 4, 2019 earthquake(s), the required workplace personal protective equipment hazard assessment was not verified by the employer to ensure completion. Employees were potentially exposed to struck-by hazards due to the possibility of aftershocks.
