29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2): Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings on all open sides. On or about August 15, 2019 at 50 Lane Road, Fort Valley, Georgia an employee attempting to repair a leaking condensation line above the false ceiling fell approximately 12 feet to the lower level.
