29 CFR 1926.451(c)(1)(ii): Guys, ties, and/or braces were not installed  according to the scaffold manufacturer's recommendations or at the closest horizontal member to the 4:1 height and repeated vertically at locations of horizontal members every 20 feet (56.1 m) or less thereafter for scaffolds 3 feet ((0.91 m) wide or less, and every 26 feet (7.9 m) or less thereafter for scaffolds greater than 3 feet (0.91m) wide:    a) Scaffold - Employees working on the 5 buck high scaffold were exposed to a collapse hazard from the scaffold not being guyed, tied or braced, on or about August 15th, 2019.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
