29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about August 15, 2019, at Building 4, 4015-4315 Dawson Lane, Dawsonville, Georgia: Two employees performing gutter installation work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30-feet and greater while working from the basket of a JLG 860SJ Aerial lift Serial #0300153268 without tying off to the basket of the aerial lift.
