29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a) On or about August 1,2019, and times prior, an employee used a hand operated guillotine paper cutter to cut sand paper for the sanding belt. The paper cutter was not equipped with a guard to prevent employees fingers and hands from entering into the point of operation.

29 CFR 1910.242(a): Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition: a) On or about August 15, 2019 and times prior, the guillotine paper cutter blade was spring loaded to the open position. Employees were exposed to the blade of the cutter due to a broken lock on the blade.
