Worksite, 1331 South Opal Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees engaged in roofing work. The two workers used rollers and brushes to apply a grey color coating, North American Composites B1154 Platinum NPG Gelcoat, onto the surface of the roof. .The Gelcoat contained Methyl methacrylate (MMA) which can cause irritation, burns, and allergic sensitization. Also, the employees used Klean Strip Acetone, a flammable liquid. Observed On or About 08/16/19
