The employer failed to provide documentation demonstrating the abatement methods and completion as cited in Citation 1 Item 1a and Citation 1 Item 1b for hazards associated with lack of adequate personal protective equipment.  b.  The employer failed to provide documentation demonstrating the abatement methods and completion as cited in Citation 1 Item 2a and Citation 1 Item 2b for hazards associated with the hazard communication program and training.
