29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems.      On or about August 19, 2019:  Employees performing roofing work at the commercial construction site located at 1665 Hudson Bridge Road in Stockbridge, Georgia were exposed to a fall of 20 feet from roof to concrete ground.  The employer did not ensure employees were protected by using a fall arrest system.    Wormley Brothers Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1363666, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/20/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 998 Sunset Boulevard in Jessup, Georgia.    Wormley Brothers Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1080910, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/8/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7805 Abercorn Street in Savannah, Georgia.
