29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about June 4, 2019 and times prior thereto, employees operated a press brake to bend small stainless steel parts and were not provided special handheld tools to safely handle the small parts, exposing the employees to caught-in and amputation hazards.
