29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) On or about 07/30/19 in the Block Cell department; employees loaded parts into the fixture on IMAS machines, such as but not limited to (# 47, #48 ) and were exposed to an amputation hazard between the parts tray and the parts stop. The  distance between these two areas was 1.5 inches. The dual palm buttons (guarding device) were timed so that employees were able to access this nip point while the machine was cycling.    ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
