On or about the August 22, 2019, Production, Behind Line #1 Equipment: GE PowerMark Plus Load Center, Identified as Line 1, Panel 1 provided overcurrent protection for equipment on Line 1, a mill and press. The panel was not identified or marked to indicate the equipment controlled by the panel. The Morin Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1255475, citation number 1, item number 1a and as affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 685 Middle street, Bristol, Connecticut.
