29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Worksite: Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 10 ft. from an unprotected side into the basement egress well below; on or about 8/16/19. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19. Quizhpi Carpentry Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1047154, citation number 1, item number 2 issued on 3/25/2015 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/18/2015, with respect to a worksite located at 732 Hill St. in Southampton, NY 11968.
