29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. On or about August 20, 2019 on the eastside of the building, the employee was were engaged in roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges more than 6 feet above a lower level without having a fall protection system in place. The Vogler Sheet Metal was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 997886, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/3/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 8541 Davis Blvd, North Richland Hills, Texas.
