29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) Leacock Paving, LLC, 1202 Bartville Road, Christiana, Pennsylvania - An employee suffered injuries, including fractures to the tail bone and pelvis, on July 25, 2019 as a result of getting struck and run over by a dump truck. The injuries required hospitalization, and the employer failed to report this work-related hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours. (The employer reported this in patient hospitalization to OSHA on July 29, 2019.) Corrected during the inspection.
