29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were de-energized were not rendered inoperative, and did not have tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits could be energized: (a) Hotel construction site, 1st floor - On or about March 28, 2019 the employer did not ensure that disconnecting means for circuit powering lights in stairway was rendered inoperative and had a warning tags in place where the circuits could be energized while employee(s) worked to restore power to lights in stairway exposing employee(s) to an electrical shock hazard.
