29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used: a. 310 West Main Street, Millville, NJ: The employer did not provide the employees with the safety data sheet (SDS) for spray foam that was being utilized by the employees. The spray foam is called Great Stuff Big Gap Filler and per the SDS the material is know to contain isocyanate. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
