29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: On August 21, 2019, and times prior there to, at a multi-family dwelling under construction, employer failed to ensure the attachment and non-movement of a mobile scaffold platform to a forklift was implemented when used by employees to access the work area.
