This was most recently documented on or about August 22, 2019 at 10031 Bluewater Bay, Lincoln, NE 68527 when employees were observed installing sheeting on a residential structure while working at greater than 6 feet above the ground without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:     The employer is failing to train all employees potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards associated with the type of work being conducted. This was documented on or about August 22, 2019 at 10031 Bluewater Bay, Lincoln, NE 68527.  This should include training on mitigating those hazards through an acceptable method of fall protection. Employees were observed performing framing activities having not received fall protection training.
