The machines leaks oil, which the employer tries to clean up by using the same dirty, oily water to clean up oil from the floor, in other production areas.  The floors are very slippery, causing employees to slip and slide on the floor, in close proximity to the machines,  Employees are not required to wear slip-resistant shoes, on or about August 21, 2019.

The outside shed is not equipped with lights for employees to see the surroundings.  The walking-working surfaces area is very dark and is not illuminated, the outside shed is not provided with a safe means of access and egress to and from the shed,  on or about August 21, 2019.
