(b) On or about 08/22/2019 - 5019 Clear Water Creek, Owens Cross Roads, AL, employees framing the inside of the home at 9 feet above the ground while walking top plates were exposed to fall hazards.

(b) On or about 08/22/2019 - 5019 Clear Water Creek, Owens Cross Roads, AL, employees framing on the inside of the house gained access to 9-foot walls by climbing along the sides of the walls, exposing employees to falls.
