29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 5023 Eskridge TR., NW Washington DC 20016 - On or about 08/22/2019; The employer did not ensure that fall protection was used while performing roof construction activities such as standing on a crossbeam that had a fall distance of 12 feet. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
