29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about August 3, 2019 at the Ford Motor Company facility- Employee was exposed to a belt chain from the transit conveyor system, in that the belt chain was not covered or guarded adequately enough to prevent employees fingers from being caught-in machine.
