29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  The employer is failing to ensure that all employees exposed to fall hazards while working on a residential roof are utilizing fall protection.  This was most documented on August 06, 2019 on the jobsite located at 6197 Shirley Street, Omaha NE. Seven employees were removing old shingles and installing new shingles on the roof of an existing 2 story residential house and were not utilizing any form of fall protection.
