29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  a) Paw's Up Resort, Kia Barn: On August 21, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working in and around unsecured compressed gas cylinders of oxygen and helium.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a) Paw's Up Resort, Kia Barn, West Side: On August 21, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working around the inaccessible electrical panel due to storage of trash and debris blocking the electrical panel.  b) Paw's Up Resort, Kia Barn, East Side: On August 21, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working around the inaccessible electrical panel due to storage of trash and debris blocking the electrical panel.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) Paw's Up Resort, Kia Barn: On August 21, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while working with chemicals such as but not limited, to; Ethanol (G164 Car Odor Aerosol, New Car Scent) and Sodium Methyl-2 Sulfolaurate (EC39- Restore Interior Cleaner). The employer failed to ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provides at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals.  b) Paw's Up Resort, Kia Barn: On August 21, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while working with chemicals such as but not limited, to; Ethanol (G164 Car Odor Aerosol, New Car Scent) and Sodium Methyl-2 Sulfolaurate (EC39- Restore Interior Cleaner). The employer failed to provide the required safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use.     c) Paw's Up Resort, Kia Barn: On August 21, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while working with chemicals such as but not limited, to; Ethanol (G164 Car Odor Aerosol, New Car Scent) and Sodium Methyl-2 Sulfolaurate (EC39- Restore Interior Cleaner). The employer failed to provide effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area.
