29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents: a) At 2701 Golf Mills Ct., Lot 1 Links Crossing, Auburn, Alabama: On or about August 22, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing roofing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards. THE OLMAN REYES ORTIZ DBA OLMAN REYES ORTIZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.102(A)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1328804, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 7, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 204 FLAGSTONE PLACE, LOT 60 STONEWOOD FARMS, AUBURN, ALABAMA.
