29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area:    (a)  NGL Water Solutions LLC, at 57736 Weld County Road 95, Grover, CO: On and preceding 8/22/19 the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment.  An employee performed duties associated with unloading waste production water, flowback water, or drilling slurry from tanker trucks at a deep well injection facility.  The employee had not received hazard communication training at the time of his initial assignment.  This condition exposed the employee to chemical hazards.
