29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:(a) On or about August 23, 2019, the employer failed to develop and implement a written Hazard Communication Program for the various chemicals that they have and use in their facility to include but not limited to hair bleach and chemical perm and coloring products.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): At this establishment, the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training, to include pictograms, on hazardous chemicals in their work area as specified in the Revised 2012 Hazard Communication Standard. On or about August 23, 2019, the employer failed to train employees in chemical safety as it relates to the various chemicals they work with in the workplace. Chemicals to include but not limited to hair bleach, chemical perm, relaxing and other coloring products.
