29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a) 70-72 Havens Avenue , Lakewood NJ 08701: Employees, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 24 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from the top of pitched roof trusses as well as walking/working from plywood that was installed onto the top of the pitched roof trusses. Condition observed on or about 08/14/2019. GMG Brito Contractors, LLC. and its subsidiary was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1309821, citation number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/8/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 370 & 372 Ocean Avenue, Lakewood NJ. GMG Brito Contractors, LLC. and its subsidiary was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1198162, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/17/17, with respect to a workplace located at 13 Plateau Road, Fort Lee NJ.
