This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: Drilling Rig: On or about August 19, 2019, an employee was engaged in drilling activities at Rig #7 in a designated Hydrogen Sulfide field prior to receiving Hydrogen Sulfide training. This condition exposed the employee to health hazards.
