29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace in which there is a potential exposure to airborne lead at any level shall inform employees of the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation: At a worksite located at 72-74 Macy Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935; the employer did not inform employees of the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation when employees were removing window frames from a building built prior to 1970.

29 CFR 1910.1053(f)(2)(i): The employer shall establish and implement a written exposure control plan: At a worksite located at 72-74 Macy Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935; the employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan while an employee was wet cutting red bricks with a chop saw. All provisions of 1910.1053(f)(2)(i)(A) - (C) must be covered in a written respirable crystalline silica exposure control plan. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following: 1) A description of the tasks in the workplace that involve exposure to respirable crystalline silica 2) A description of the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection used to limit employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica for each task 3) A description of the housekeeping measures used to limit employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica
