29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: On or about August 27, 2019, employees working in the shop were using 100 p.s.i. compressed air to blow coolant and chips off of parts and the employer did not ensure that the pressure was reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On our about August 27, 2019, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when using the pendant to operate the CM Lodestar due to the strain relief being pulled.
