Intersection of Passaic Avenue & Belgrove Drive Kearny, NJ Subcontractor employee(s) working at the second level of a multi-family unit were installing sheathing without a means of fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet to lower level. Violation occurred on or about 08/27/2019 M.E. Wood Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1314100, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/24/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 66-72 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield, NJ.
