29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    a)  At the worksite, on the second level, on or about 8/27/19:  An exit door from the showroom to the rear of the building was blocked with a box inside the building hampering egress.    b) At the worksite, on the second level, on or about 8/27/19:  The discharge of an exit door from the showroom to the rear of the building was blocked with a variety of products making egress difficult.    c)  At the worksite, on the third level, on or about 8/27/19:  An exit door from the warehouse to the rear of the building was blocked with boxes making egress difficult.    d)  At the worksite, on the third level, on or about 8/27/19:  An exit door from the warehouse to the rear of the building was blocked with bags of cans making egress difficult.    e)  At the worksite, on the third level, on or about 8/27/19:  The approach to an exit door from the warehouse to the rear of the building was blocked with a variety of products hampering egress.    f)  At the worksite, on the third level, on or about 8/27/19:  The discharge of an exit door from the warehouse to the rear of the building was blocked with a variety of products making egress difficult.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries    a)  At the worksite, on the second level, on or about 8/27/19:  A fire extinguisher was inside a wall mounted case where access to that case was blocked by boxes and other materials.      b)  At the worksite, on the third level, on or about 8/27/19:  A fire extinguisher was mounted on a wall where access to that extinguisher was blocked by boxes and other materials.      c)  At the worksite, on the third level, on or about 8/27/19:  A fire extinguisher was mounted on a wall where access to that extinguisher was blocked by boxes and other materials.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:    a)  At the worksite, in the office space on the main level, on or about 8/27/19:  An electrical service panel was blocked by a bin, a bag and cleaning tools.        b)  At the worksite, in the office space on the second level, on or about 8/27/19:  An electrical service panel was blocked by a cabinet that was placed underneath.        c)  At the worksite, in the warehouse space on the third level, on or about 8/27/19:  An electrical service panel was blocked by stacked materials.
