29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Storage Room: Floors in aisles, including but not limited to 3, 10, 20, 24, 26, 28 were cluttered with boxes, carts, and debris creating tripping and slipping hazards and limiting the width of the aisle where employees work stocking and retrieving products. The Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384484, Citation number 1, Item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 310 DW Highway, Nashua, NH 03060.
