29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) Facility, 111 Terence Drive, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about August 21, 2019 the cutting area on pack line #2 was not adequately guarded and did not prevent the operator from being able to reach into the point of operation.  An employee reached into the cutting area to remove a bar and made contact with the blade.  The employee sustained an amputation to the tip of their left index finger.
