At the jobsite located at 15753-15762 Chadwick St. Overland Park, KS:  Employees engaged in framing work using pneumatic nailers, ladders, and powered tools were exposed to hazards such as struck-by, falls, and electrical hazards in that the employer had not developed nor implemented safety and health programs that provide construction hazard recognition guidelines to mitigate those hazards.

At the jobsite located at 15753-15762 Chadwick St. Overland Park, KS:  Employees engaged in residential framing activities, walking the top plates, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet 11 inches from the top plate of the first level of the residence to the in the back exterior ground below and 12 feet 8 inches to the front exterior ground below in that fall protection was not provided.
