29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards.  Employee engaged in construction activities, putting on the 16 mil waterproofing behind the bracket, using a S-65 aerial lift, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet 4 inches from the working surface of the aerial lift to the ground below in that a personal fall arrest system or adequate fall restraint was not utilized.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
