29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Expression Hair and Nail Salon 1694 Penfield Road, Rochester, NY - On or about 08/28/19, employee work with Colorance Acid Color which contains 1,3-Benzenediol, 3-aminophenol, and 2-Methyl-p-phenylenediamine sulphate; Skin Color Remover which contain Ethanol; Spritzes and Styling Aids which contain Ethyl Alcohol; and Topchic Hair Color which Ammonia solution. The employer does not have a written and implemented Hazard communication program for hazardous chemicals that the employees use, and no training. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
