29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure the place of employment, including, but not limited to, walking-working surfaces, were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. 1) Screening/Mixing Area, on or about August 22, 2019, the employer exposed employees to slip/trip, fall, struck-by, and caught-in hazards while working around the Sorter/Screener Machine with debris piled approximately 2 feet high.

29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2)(i): All exposed part(s) of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform were not protected by stationary casing(s) enclosing shafting completely or by trough(s) enclosing sides and top or sides and bottom of shafting: 1) Screening/Mixing Area, on or about August 22, 2019, a 7-inch horizontal rotating shaft to the tail pulley drum of the conveyor system was not guarded, exposing employees to entanglement hazards. The Nature's Choice, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1060583, citation number 1 , item number 10 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/28/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 704 Rogers Road, Glennville, GA 30427.
