29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): Loads were not cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured at once after the loads had been raised by a jack: Shop: The employer did not ensure that the Kenworth T800 Tri-Axle Dump Truck (Truck) which was raised by the Pittsburgh Automotive 20-ton hydraulic heavy duty jack (jack) was cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured before any other work was being done. On or about August 29, 2019, the above Truck slipped off the jack, causing an employee to sustain an injury to one of hands.
