Roofers were conducting removing shingles on a roof that varied from 10-24 feet with the employees working at different levels. The employees were not utilizing proper fall protection which exposed them to falls up to 24 feet.

The employer did not initiate and maintain safety and health programs related to the roofing work being conducted by employees.

Roofers were removing/installing shingles on a roof that varied from 10-24 feet with the employees working at different levels. The employees were not utilizing proper eye, head or fall protection which exposed them to falls up to 24 feet and struck by hazards to the head and eyes.
