29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) On or about August 29, 2019; throughout the site; employees were not wearing eye protection while operating portable tools such as but not limited to pneumatic nail guns.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a) On or about August 29, 2019, roof area; employees were observed walking the top-plate and trusses while framing the new residential home without fall protection in place to protect them from falling approximately 10-feet to the wooden floor or 27-feet to ground level.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) On or about August 29, 2019, second-floor area; the side rails on the 6-foot Werner step-ladder used during the framing process was 4-feet below the upper landing, exposing the employees to a fall of approximately 10-feet from the upper landing to the wooden deck.   b) On or about August 29, 2019, second-floor area; the side rails on the 8-foot Werner step-ladder used during the framing process was 2-feet below the upper landing, exposing the employees to a fall of approximately 10-feet from the upper landing to the wooden deck.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
