29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Residence Roof, 401 Northern Spy Road, South Abington Township, PA - Employees on steep pitched roofs of the residence engaged in shingle and cap replacement without any means of fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard that ranged between nine (9) foot, two (2) inch and twenty-four (24) foot, as observed on or about August 30, 2019. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification and documentation is required for this violation.
